This was on a direct, non-stop flight. Seems they got a baggage bin stuck on our airplane. We even had the next flight come in and drop its luggage off before the last of our luggage made it. There were about 4 different excuses in 2 different languages being passed around by the Northwest agents in San Juan. We had a several hours delay on baggage on our first cruise.
