No respect

Tsk. Maybe I should just delete this blog. All I get is complaints… “Why don’t you sign up with notify.com, you update it so rarely we don’t feel like checking it all the time.” And now this…

Can you get rid of Dvi bad Krebar? He is a goof and his anagram is bad too.

David Bbarker. Absurd.

:D

Well, here’s an update on stuff anyway…

On health: thyroids are stupid. They take a long time to settle down and they can make you very, very tired. Having a bowel disease is crappy. Lost some weight, which is nice, except I don’t have enough clothes. I now have a closet with 4 different sizes of clothes. The jeans I bought last week are already too small.

On family: things are good in that area. My brother’s 53rd birthday is today. Reid is turning 40 this weekend. We’re having a little get together. I guess he’s all grown up now. He doesn’t bounce when he talks, like he used to. Michael’s in grade 7, and it’s so different from his junior school. He seems so much more grown up, and he’s asked for an increase in his allowance. I was wondering when he’d figure out his friends were likely getting more. No change in Ronnie. Flying through life, in his own little world (of computer games), not paying attention to anything or anybody around him unless it interests him.

On work: I’ve been going in early, working late, and working a bit on the weekend. Too much happening at once. Right now I’m in sql hell, but I shouldn’t be because that’s not really what I’m supposed to spend most of my day doing. It is fun, though. It’s the other deadlines which are a worry. Like contributing to the CTV ’strategic plan’. Now that’s really scary. Maybe I can write it in sql - that would be fun. Wonder what my boss would say to that. I suppose it would confirm his suspicion that I’m crazy.
